I say tomato

According to my weekly newsletter the baby is now the size of an heirloom tomato. A what? I half-figured that it probably wasn't a treasured family tomato that is passed down for generations... According to the internet it is an open-pollinated (non-hybrid) cultivar of tomato. Okayyy.

What is more exciting is that I begun feeling noticeable popping sensations... and for once it wasn't wind. I knew it was the baby, its movements very distinctive. It feels like having a bowl of rice crispies in my tummy and somebody has just poured on some milk. Snap, crackle, pop!

E N J O Y !

How cute. I love the fruit and vegetable comparisons. I'm so happy for you about the baby. Usually by the time I find a fertility blog I like to read the couple is well on the way to having a baby but this time it's so nice to be there from the beginning. Congratulations and I can't wait for more belly shots in the future and hearing about your experiences. I've never heard it described as rice crispies before so I'm learning something new all the time.
