Tonight and Saturday night we're off on what has become our annual trip into the underground music world. Well, at least that's what we like to think.
Every year, Den Haag hosts a weekend of music called The Music in my Head. A catchy title, although I feel that it may already be falling out of fashion, since last night I discovered that it's no longer chic to use English words on the continent... German and French are back in vogue. Supertoll!
Anyway, the music should be good... I'm particularly looking forward to hearing the Brits Brummy band Editors and seeing how many people I can inform that I was born near Birmingham, the band's home town (which really is nothing to be proud of, but fortunately most Dutch people don't seem to know that).
Anyway, we'll let you know if it is any good this year and whether we manage to get mentioned again on any websites or magazine reviews... seems our audience anticipation wasn't appreciated by everyone last year.
